Do you want to meet new people, share your interest in tools and DIY, do something positive for the environment and contribute to a valuable community resource?
Fixing for a Future is looking for volunteers to join our team to help run our busy Tool Library at The Mart, East Linton!
Since opening in May 2021, we have accumulated an inventory of over 300 tools, gained over 250 members and loaned over 2500 times!
The role involves updating inventory with new tools, processing donations, customer service, other ad hoc community engagement activities
Basic IT skills required
Minimum commitment 4 hours per month (during opening hours Tuesdays 5-7pm and Saturdays 10-12 midday)
All necessary training provided
